At checkout, you can select from a range of delivery options to suit your needs.

UK Delivery

  • Free UK Shipping (4-5 Working Days) – Free

  • First Class (2-3 Working Days) – £3.99

  • Next Day Delivery - £5.99

International Delivery

  • Europe (5-7 Working Days) - £14.99

  • Worldwide (10-12 Working Days) - £19.99

Order Processing & Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the same day for next-day delivery, wherever possible. If there is any delay, we will ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

  • Saturday Delivery: Orders must be placed by 2pm on Friday.

  • Orders are shipped via various couriers, depending on the destination. Some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.

  • We will keep you updated on your order status via email, including a dispatch confirmation when your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive, please email us at sales@glitzee.co.uk with your order number. We will liaise with our couriers and provide you with updates.

Additional Information

  • Weekends and public holidays are not considered working days.

  • Glitzee is not responsible for any customs taxes or duties incurred on international orders.

Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date on your dispatch note. Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached.

Important Notes:

  • Returns outside the 30-day period cannot be processed. If you wish to have the item sent back to you, you will need to cover the postage costs.

  • We do not offer exchanges.

Refunds

If your returned item meets all our requirements (unworn, with all tags attached), a refund will typically be processed within 7 working days of receipt.
